Responsibilities:- Being constantly open to learning and growing best practices for advising your clients through a real estate transaction
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the process
- Schedule appointments, show homes, and complete open houses
- Utilize a top-notch CRM system to maintain a pipeline
- Be reliable and consistently show up
- Possess quick thinking skills
- Display enthusiasm, energy, and a strong work ethic
- Consistently prospect for new customers
- Searching for currently licensed agents, or individuals currently enrolled in real estate classes
- Someone who has excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to use amazing and proven systems
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn the local real estate market and purchase process
- Honesty and integrity are essential
- Proficient in basic software and technology with a willingness to learn new systems
