Looking Glass is hiring for a full-time Nursing Supervisor with our Regional Crisis Center! We are seeking applicants with a passion for serving their community with the unique skills they have cultivated.
OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Nursing Supervisor will supervise RNs/LPNs and Medical Assistant in a psychiatric residential treatment center providing services to adolescents. The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the quality and adequacy of nursing practices; for coordinating nursing and training programs; for recognizing and assisting in solving professional, administrative, and supervisory problems.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Must be a Registered Nurse, licensed to provide services in Oregon.
Experience: Preference for candidates with experience in adolescent residential treatment setting and/or psychiatric nursing. An equivalent combination of experience and training that will demonstrate the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. Supervisory experience preferred.
Availability: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Certifications: Licensed Registered Nurse in Oregon
Driver's License: Valid driver's license in Oregon, acceptable record and insurable under Looking Glass auto insurance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assists in providing medical care for all clients, ensuring that federal, state, and local health requirements are met.
- Functions as a liaison between Looking Glass Community Services and the medical community and hospitals.
- Maintains accurate medical records for each client, including medical treatment plans, medical administration record, progress notes and 30-day reviews when indicated.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
