About the Job
Loopback Analytics is hiring a Product Manager to guide the development of tools and derived data elements to build a best-in-class Real-World Data (RWD) offering in the field of Life Sciences. This role requires exceptional project management and interpersonal skills and the ability to think collaboratively to overcome challenges. A successful candidate will be a passionate and decisive customer service-oriented person, who will be responsible for regular interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
Job Duties to Include
- Develop a clear and compelling product vision that aligns with Loopback’s strategic goals and market needs
- Define and communicate long-term product strategy, ensuring it supports growth and addresses customer needs
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings
- Analyze research findings to inform product development decisions and identify gaps within specific therapy areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineers, data scientists, etc.) to define product requirements
- Translate high-level business objectives into specific features, functionalities, and user experiences
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes features, enhancements, and milestones
- Communicate the product roadmap internally and externally to foster transparency and alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, (healthcare administration, life sciences, business administration, etc.)
- 2-5 years of experience delivering products and services into life science organizations,
- Previous experience form within a leading consulting firm a plus
- Previous experience using data and developing tools for generating real-world evidence, ideally within the life sciences or healthcare domains.
- Proven experience that provides insight into the voice of the likely user, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
- Solid understanding of data concepts, data analysis, and data visualization, enabling effective communication with technical teams.
