What You’ll Do
- Manage 10–20 store locations and ensure high performance across your region
- Lead, train, and coach store leaders through sales meetings, store visits, and coaching sessions
- Drive results by analyzing P&L reports, customer feedback, and performance data
- Support recruitment, staffing, and employee development
- Conduct quarterly operational assessments and monthly business reviews
- Resolve escalated customer or store issues professionally
- Travel daily between assigned store locations
What You Bring
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- 2 years of leadership experience (retail/insurance preferred)
- Strong skills in sales, customer service, coaching, and communication
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in MS Office and business systems
- Adaptable schedule and a passion for driving results
- TX Property & Casualty Insurance License (preferred but not required)
