Job Description: Route Service Representative Supervisor

Service Manager
Position Summary
Route Service Representative Supervisors manage and grow customer accounts in our Rental Service Department. The Supervisor role manages a group of Route Service Representatives (RSRs) with established customers and routes. The RSR Supervisor is expected to learn each of the customers and routes their dedicated RSRs. The RSR Supervisor is also responsible for inventory accountability, RSR check in, selling additional products and services, and be able to fill in for RSR sick and vacation time. This is a physical and fast-paced position in which the RSR Supervisor delivers and picks up uniforms, shop towels, linens, and various other products. RSR Supervisors must adhere to Lord Baltimore standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and on-time delivery of products to customers
- Manage dedicated RSR's, including filling in for sick and vacation time
- Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures
- Obeys posted speed limits at all times and all other road rules
- Handles customer complaints or inquiries when necessary
- Complete any reports or logs
- Maintains cleanliness of vehicles and performs routine maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- Be able to work flexible hours
- Be at least 21 years old
- Obtain a DOT Medical Certification
- High School Diploma, GED, or Military Experience
- Must be able to work independently and proficiently
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Willing to work early hours
