Position Summary:
We are seeking a goal driven, energetic, and experienced Sales Representative to join our Charlotte-based team. The ideal candidate is a skilled relationship builder, passionate about health and wellness, and thrives in a results-oriented, consultative sales environment. *NO COLD CALLING!
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads through outbound outreach, networking, and marketing campaigns
- Conduct consultations and educate prospective clients about Loria Medical’s services and procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, physicians, and referral partners
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to consultation and FOLLOW-UP
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Represent the Loria Medical brand at local events, trade shows, and professional networking opportunities
Qualifications:
- 2 years of proven sales experience in a medical, pharmaceutical, or aesthetic/wellness-related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to explain complex medical procedures in a clear and confident manner
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a high-performance environment
- Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Knowledge of urology, sexual health, or aesthetic medicine
