Lorne G Seifert, LLC is seeking highly motivated Concrete Carpenters for our growing concrete business based in Dillsburg, PA. Work is primarily in Central PA and surrounding areas.

Essential Job Functions
- Completes all cast in place concrete form work, such as forming, footings, steps, walls, piers, slab construction joints, column boxes, etc.
- Forms footers (i.e. Set forms, layout, set anchor bolts etc.)
- Tying rebar as necessary
- Jobsite cleanup at the end of the day and completion of the project
- Performs all other duties as assigned by foreman or project manager
- Assists in other laborer tasks as necessary
- Follows OSHA rules and regulations
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. consistently and repetitively
- Ability to read and understand blueprints preferred but not required
- Must be experienced and be able to use all tools related to your specific trade
- Must be reliable and can work overtime as required
- Follows the rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, etc. of Lorne G. Seifert, LLC
