Loro Piana uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market-competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Loro Piana reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $32 to $36 per hour.

- Lead and motivate a team of client advisors to achieve individual and team sales goals while upholding Loro Piana’s service standards.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to the sales team, ensuring a high level of product knowledge and service excellence.
- Collaborate with store leadership to implement strategies and action plans aimed at enhancing sales performance.
- Foster a client-centric culture among the sales team, emphasizing personalized service and relationship-building.
- Work closely with the inventory team to monitor stock levels, participate in inventory counts, and ensure accurate product availability on the sales floor.
- Drive sales performance by identifying key opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies.
- Elevate the client experience by providing exceptional hospitality and creating personalized interactions aimed at positively impacting both sales performance and service.
- Develop strong relationships with top clients by managing VIC initiatives to reflect an elevated brand image.
- Support CRM initiatives by updating relevant client information to maximize sales opportunities and plan for future appointments.
- Actively promote products through personalized outreach, engaging with clients through tailored messages.
Skills And Abilities Required
- 3 years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
- Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
