RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Take ownership of customers’ experience by carrying out additional assignments, enabling the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Distribute work between technicians.
Prioritize required services.
Ensure customers have a positive experience.
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether via phone or in person, to ensure the customer does not get mishandled.
Spend quality time building relationships with the customers Communicate with Manufacturer Representatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
3 years of experience
Technical automotive knowledge.
Demonstrated ability to manage others.
Organized and friendly personality.
Service advisor/manager experience a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
