Role Description
This is a full-time, remote-first role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Chief Financial Officer, managing communications, workflows and SOP's, and source document retention and access. Additional responsibilities include maintaining efficient administrative operations, coordinating meetings, and ensuring effective communication between department team leaders and members.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
- General accounting and business knowledge and understanding of controls and processes
- Strong skills in Executive Support and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant office software and tools (QuickBooks Online, MS Office, ClickUp)
- Capability to work independently with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
- Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with the outdoor/hunting industry are a plus
