Lotus Care LLC is recruiting an On-Call candidate to join our team of Independent living skills / In-Home Support services
Requirement: Staff will need to be experienced working with high behaviors clients. Background in Mental health education or certification is required to successfully perform this job.
Starting Pay: $20- $27 per hour (based on experience)
Shifts: All Shifts
Location: - Varies - Coon Rapids; Richfield, Plymouth
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds or more
- Ability to walk and run up to 2 miles.
- Ability to sustain great energy torwards the whole shift.
- Ability to be quick on your feet - to prevent elopment.

-Being a positive influence in a person’s life and assisting a person making responsible choices.
-Ability to work independent of a supervisor in a relaxed environment while maintaining professional boundaries.
-Provide prevention-oriented therapy
-Implement and review treatment plans
-Collaborate with additional treatment providers
-Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
-Creativity and problem solving with the individual to meet life’s challenges and develop personal goals.
-Being a job coach, life coach, and teammate to a person who has more barriers in their life than most.
-Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
Each candidate must possess a valid drivers license and pass a Minnesota State background check.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
