Your Job Purpose:
As an Mechanical Technician, you will play a vital role in the commissioning, operations and maintenance of wastewater systems, bulk gas systems, and high purity water systems.
Your Job Description:
· Collaborate with a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the efficient commissioning, operation, and maintenance of wastewater systems, bulk gas systems, and high purity water systems.
· Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenace tasks to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
· Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
· Assist in the installation and configuration of new equipment and systems.
· Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
· Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and upgrades accurately and in a timely manner.
· Collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize equipment performance and resolve operational challenges.
Job Requirements:
· Proven experience in commissioning, operations, and maintenance of wastewater systems, bulk ga systems, and high purity water systems.
· Background in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical or similar industry is highly desired.
· Strong mechanical aptitude and hands on experience working with various mechanical equipment and tools.
· Solid understanding of mechanical systems, components, and their interactions.
· Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues effectively.
· Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
· Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
· Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
