As our Transmission Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining transmission systems in various vehicle models. Your expertise in transmission repair and your ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues will ensure our customers receive top-quality service.

Responsibilities :

• Diagnose transmission-related issues using diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on transmission systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Repair or replace defective transmission parts, such as gears, clutches, seals, and bearings.
• Conduct thorough transmission fluid flushes and refills according to manufacturer specifications.
• Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure proper transmission operation.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of services rendered.
• Adhere to dealership and manufacturer guidelines for safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to provide comprehensive automotive services to customers.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and transmission repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate efficient workflow and ensure safety compliance.

Salary Description

80 to $100 per hour

Salary : $135,000
