The ideal Assistant Manager will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Assistant Manager candidates will have the most success if they have a background in the service industry or retail sales.
Assistant Manager Responsibilities
- 36-38 hours within a five day work week
- Assist Management in meeting sales goals
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communications
- Assist with store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Additional management duties as needed

Pay: $33,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
