Job Duties:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, engaging service.
- Have full knowledge of food and beverage preparation, guest relations, service styles, and etiquette.
- Be fully knowledgeable about the menu, specials, bar/wine list.
- Deal with potential complaints with a positive attitude when manager is away.
- Suggestive selling and up-selling beverage and food items when appropriate.
