Love My Neighbor LLC in Brookfield, WI is looking for a PRN home care administrator to join our team. We are a non-medical home care agency looking to grow our team and outreach to the community!
Qualifications
Associate degree or higher in a health care-related field from an accredited college, or a bachelor’s degree in a field other than in health care from an accredited college. 1 years experience as an administrator or supervisor in home care or assisted living facility is REQUIRED.
Requirements and responsibilities
- All training and experience in health care administration.
- All supervisory or administrative experience in assisted living or home care.
- Experience following and applying Wisconsin Administrative Rules. DHS 107.112
- All experience and responsibility for training and evaluating competency of employees.
- Experience creating health care related policy & procedures.
- Oversight of supervisors, RNs and health care aides.
- Oversight and management of agency finances.
- Oversight and management of an agency infection control program.
- Other task and needed
