Your Role on Our Team:

• Operate and maintain machinery in the food production line to ensure the smooth production of organic probiotic yogurt
• Set up and calibrate production equipment, including fermentation tanks and packaging machines, while ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
• Troubleshoot and perform minor machine maintenance to minimize downtime and address any equipment failures quickly
• Assist with the packaging process, including labeling, sealing, and preparing products for distribution
• Ensure food safety by following HACCP guidelines, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and OSHA safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality product output and meet production goals
• Perform routine machine inspections, cleaning, and sanitization to maintain equipment readiness
• Confirm proper assembly of production lines and packaging equipment
• Quality control—ensure proper labels, packaging materials, and product specifications are met
• Work efficiently while adhering to safety standards and complying with food safety regulations

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 1 year of experience in machine operation, preferably in food production or manufacturing ✔ Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot production line machinery ✔ Knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and OSHA safety protocols ✔ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to manage machine-related issues ✔ Ability to adapt quickly and shift priorities in a fast-paced production environment ✔ Attention to detail and the ability to catch errors in quality control✔ Dependable and committed to maintaining high production quality standards ✔ Must pass E-Verify and background check
