Lovewell Fencing, Inc. located in Davenport, IA is hiring for entry level construction laborers for Cedar Rapid.
This is an entry level position ideal for dedicated, hardworking individuals looking for a chance to learn and build basic carpentry / fence building skills. No experience is required. Promotion and advancement can happen quickly for those with a strong work ethic, desire to succeed and those who display a demonstrated ability to learn, grow and get the job done.
Requirements:
- Candidates should be able to lift up to a 100 lbs and lift 30 lbs overhead and must be willing to work outside year-round.
- Dependability, strong work ethic, positive attitude and a drive to succeed are critical.
- Must be able to stay on task and follow instructions.
- Candidates MUST have a valid driver’s license.
This is a non-exempt, hourly, position that with a starting hourly wage rate of $20.00 - $25.00/hr, negotiable upon candidate’s experience level. Overtime during the construction season is expected.
