Loving Arms Care is looking for a motivated and people-focused Business Development Assistant to help grow our home care agency through community outreach, relationship building, and referral partnerships.
This role supports our business development efforts by assisting with visits to referral partners, tracking leads, supporting new client onboarding, and helping with community events and outreach. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, staying organized, and being part of a mission-driven healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support outreach to referral partners (clinics, senior living, social workers, etc.)
- Assist with tracking leads and referrals
- Help prepare proposals and onboarding materials
- Participate in community events and visits
- Support marketing and follow-up efforts
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client starts
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, outreach, healthcare, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Comfortable using CRM or tracking systems
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate
