We are professional, bold, and fun. Our work environment includes a modern office setting and Wellness programs. We're looking for a well-organized and responsible chiropractic assistant to support our team of expert doctors. Our chiropractic assistants are responsible for greeting members of the public, answering phones, and providing administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask effectively and handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism. The receptionist//CA must be able to work well on their own, as the position requires a high level of independence with limited supervision. The Office hours are Mon/Wed/Thursday 9 am-1 pm, 3:30 pm-6 pm, and Tuesday 1 pm-6 pm. These hours give us two hours of lunch break plus a three-day weekend.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly.
- Multitasking
- Answer telephone and direct calls.
- Take messages for appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments for patients.
- Familiarize patients with office procedures.
- File and retrieve office records and documents.
- Send faxes, photocopies, and messenger service requests to appropriate departments.
- Type or word-process documents; type letters; do simple spreadsheet preparation; update company-wide telephone directory.
- Work with MyAct therapy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
