The Pro Solution Center Key Account Coordinator supports order management and service needs for strategic accounts The primary responsibility of the Key Account Coordinator is to serve as a liaison between customers and the business. This includes communication, delivery of products and management of specific, ongoing projects within assigned accounts.
Responsibility Statements
- Manages timely and accurate order entry for all assigned strategic accounts across multiple systems.
- Partners with account sales reps, managers, and internal departments to ensure promotions, pricing, and overall client expectations are met.
- Identifies process gaps and opportunities within internal account management and makes recommendations for process improvements.
- Maintains existing customer relationships by generating new business opportunities.
- Provides feedback to leadership team regarding process, program, and system opportunities.
- Serves as the subject matter expert for the development of best practices as well as process and procedure documentation in support of assigned accounts.
- Provides feedback to sales leadership to help field sales teams set expectations and qualify customers up front when selling solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience working in customer service, inside sales, sales administration, or account management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of CRM tools (i.e. Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible to changing work demands.
- Excels in building positive working relationships.
- Strong customer service skills in negotiations and conflict management skills.
- Ability to analyze and problem solve to bring solutions to customers.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively across the organization.
- Ability to stay calm with all customers seeking resolution to a problem by providing. support and superior customer service until resolution is met.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Retail sales and operations experience is a plus.
