Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering quality customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and ensuring that merchandise is accurately priced and displayed.
The Seasonal MSA will complete merchandising resets and service-related projects on time and in accordance with merchandising and safety standards. This involves following detailed project instructions, building displays, processing damaged products, rotating and pricing stock, resolving project issues or questions, checking third-party work completion, and providing proof of project completion.
To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic. You should also be able to work overnight and weekends as required, and utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 6 months of Lowe's sales floor experience, and 6 months of experience performing product merchandising tasks. Additionally, working knowledge of basic tools needed for the job is a plus.
This is an hourly seasonal position with variable scheduling needs, including weekend morning availability and weekday mornings, afternoons, or evenings. The physical demands of the job require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities, as well as the ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and over 25 pounds with or without assistance.
