What are the responsibilities and job description for the Juice Bar Team Member position at Lowhaa?
Lowhaa Natural Foods And Juices job functions are to serve the best and most presentable menu items to our customers. This includes but is not limited to the making of fresh made organic juices, Presentable food bowls, salads, wraps, smoothies, açaí bowls, and breakfast meals. Also constant cleaning and prepping are also essential requirements of the job.
Our Team Members are key individuals for our store. As a Team Member you are challenged with the task of making the perfect smoothie - the right amount of fresh fruits, cold-pressed juices and all natural ingredients blended together for one customer at a time. Not only will you educate the guest about our smoothies and the health benefits associated with each dynamic recipe in their quest to live a better life, as a Team Member you will be cross-trained in all stations within our store.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Ability to work quickly while delivering an amazing guest experience
- Knowledge of each juice/smoothie/food recipe and the ingredients included
- Knowledge of what each ingredient is and its nutrients
- Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude
- Stock make line and juice bar area
- Clean and maintain a safe and secure food environment
- Make the guest happy and promote positive brand image
- Promote brand at various events, as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team
QUALIFICATIONS
- Positive attitude
- Night Time Availability
- Passion for guest service, integrity and strong work ethic
- Knowledge of health/fitness industry
- Passion for organic foods/juicing
- Previous customer service experience a plus
- Always on time for shift
- Ability to read and write in English
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
