What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Technician position at Lowry Hills Care and Rehabilitation?
Heavy-duty Cleaners / Floor Techs are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas. While duties may vary, they typically include restroom, kitchen, and office cleaning as well as general cleaning of common areas.
Key Functions include:
- Mandatory compliance with all safety requirements and procedures including use of personal protective equipment
- Collection and removal of heavy-weight trash and debris
- Routine floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of carpets and hard surface floors
- Use of heavy floor equipment to wax and buff hard surface floors
- Detailed cleaning projects requiring keen attention to work quality
- Restroom cleaning and disinfecting of sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, and floors including cleaning of fixtures and replenishment of supplies
Experience leading janitorial workers is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time 32 Hours
Pay Rate: $16-18 per hour

- Wednesday through Saturday
