Loyalhanna Care Center located in Latrobe, Pa is looking to add RN's to our growing team.
Purpose of Position: The primary purpose of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty. Such supervision must be in accordance with the current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be Graduate of an approved RN program.
· Must have a minimum, one (1) year of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.
· Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
· Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
· Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the
age-related needs of the residents served.
· Must possess a valid CPR certification
· Must have effective oral and written communication skills
· Must meet all local health regulations and criminal background checks, post-offer drug trust, and post-off physical
· Must maintain all required licenses, certifications, and continuing education requirements by the state
· Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $34.00 - $41.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 36 per week
