Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will understand the financial services industry and have a willingness to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-driven environment. The Associate Analyst will support project & task assignments related to the facilitation of client mailings, block transfers, and data mining. They will regularly exercise excellent business judgment to research and resolve data issues.

$21.58-$32.37/hour
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Responsibilities:
- Support and collaborate with more experienced colleagues and leverage opportunities to increase knowledge and responsibilities.
- Jointly participate in project & task assignments with other team members to gain experience in policies and procedures related to the facilitation of proposals, onboarding new business, and managing provider relationships in support of sales
- Assume responsibility of less complex projects & tasks while developing fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures
- Regularly exercise excellent business judgment; research and resolve departmental issues to increase efficiency
- Maintenance of accurate and current documentation where appropriate and work with appropriate parties to ensure timely deliverables
- Pro-active communication with all responsible parties for updates and reporting
- Become accomplished in use of all relevant department tools and resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1 years of experience in data management or analytics
- Intermediate skills in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Access a plus)
- Project management experience highly desired
- A demonstrated ability to establish priorities and meet goals
- Ability to work evening hours and weekends as client situations dictate
- Ability to partner closely and establish good working relationships with other business units.
- Highly detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
