We’re currently seeking a talented and experienced Operations Manager to join our Indianapolis, IN team. This critical leadership role will oversee all field and office operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all field and office operations
- Lead and mentor project teams
- Drive safety, quality, schedule, and production (SSQP)
- Support strategic planning and team development
- Manage project performance, documentation, and financials
Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of progressive construction experience
- Degree in construction management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong leadership, operations, and communication skills
- Experience managing teams and complex projects.
