Platform Operations Specialist

OverviewWe are seeking a bilingual (Chinese-English) Platform Operations expert with legal U.S. work authorization to build a data-driven business operations system. By integrating cross-departmental resources, optimizing platform service processes, and conducting in-depth data analysis, you will support the scalable growth of front-end businesses while ensuring efficient collaboration between U.S. and China teams.Job Responsibilities

• Bilingual Coordination & Communication
• Serve as a collaboration hub for U.S.-China teams, leading cross-border meetings and aligning business requirements
• Prepare bilingual operational analysis reports (weekly/monthly/ad-hoc) in both English and Chinese
• Data Analysis & Strategy Development
• Develop platform data monitoring dashboards to track core KPI health
• Analyze user behavior, transaction flows, and resource efficiency to deliver growth optimization solutions
• Provide data-driven decision support to Product and Business Development (BD) teams
• Platform Process Optimization
• Design and implement standardized workflows (e.g., demand management, resource scheduling)
• Monitor platform services and drive response efficiency improvements
• Establish cross-department collaboration mechanisms to reduce bottlenecks in demand delivery
• Front-Back Office Synergy Enablement
• Partner with technical departments to implement platform capabilities supporting front-end business innovation

Job Requirements:

• Non-negotiable qualifications:

- Full professional proficiency in English and Chinese (must independently conduct business negotiations and technical solution discussions)
-Legal U.S. work authorization (US Citizen/Green Card/EAD holder – must specify type in application)

• 3 years of hands-on platform operations experience in internet/technology companies
• Expertise in data analysis tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker)
• Proven ability in end-to-end business process design with familiarity in Agile development methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Analytics, Information Management, or related fields

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in U.S.-China cross-border business collaboration
• Background in e-commerce/SaaS/cloud services platform operations

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
