Key Responsibilities
- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions
- Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Invoice processing and billing
- Payroll support and reporting (if applicable)
- Maintain general ledger accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Assist with budgeting and audit preparation
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
- 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks strongly preferred)
- Strong Excel skills (basic formulas, reconciliations)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
