JDE functional business analyst with excellent knowledge of JDE all modules. Good understanding of Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Project Cost Management business processes in oil and gas industry. Good oral and written communication skills. Experience of working in a JDE Support team will be an added advantage. Should be aware of typical incident and change management processes followed in a support project. Good analytical skills to provide quick resolutions to minimize business interruptions. Should be able to prepare functional specification documents, training documents, knowledge capture documents. Do analysis and troubleshooting to provide resolution for day to day issues faced. Provide timely updates to the business on issues you are working on. Contribute with process improvement suggestions to improve business processes as well as IT support processes. Contribute to add into existing knowledge base documentation. Attend weekly incident review meetings, Complete mandatory trainings assigned within specified time limit. Interact with fellow business analysts from client side for knowledge sharing, providing suggestions etc. Follow the business processes set by client. Adhere to Information Security policies of client.
