Senior Program Manager – Product Development & Operations
Hybrid | Omaha, NE (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Salary Range: $120,000–$130,000

We’re excited to be partnering with Streck, a global leader in clinical diagnostics and life sciences, on the search for a Senior Program Manager – Product Development & Operations. This role is a key addition to Streck’s enterprise Program Management organization and will play a central role in driving execution across product development, operations, and commercialization initiatives.

This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned program leader with broad experience spanning product development and operational execution, who thrives in regulated environments and enjoys driving results across highly cross-functional teams. This is an individual contributor role with significant cross-functional leadership and execution responsibility, but no direct people management.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional programs that support Streck’s product development and operational objectives—from early planning through execution, launch readiness, and post-market support. You’ll serve as a central point of accountability, ensuring alignment across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
This role offers high visibility, meaningful ownership, and the opportunity to help mature scalable, enterprise-level program management practices as Streck continues to grow.
What You’ll Do
Program Leadership & Execution
• Lead end-to-end programs supporting product development, operational readiness, and commercialization
• Own program scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and delivery outcomes
• Build and maintain integrated master schedules, dashboards, and reporting using Smartsheet
• Drive execution across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams
Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management
• Facilitate core team meetings, executive reviews, and decision forums using Microsoft Teams
• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs clearly to senior leadership
• Influence and align stakeholders in a matrixed, regulated environment
Risk, Quality & Regulatory Alignment
• Proactively identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
• Ensure programs align with design controls, change management, and regulated development requirements
• Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams to support audits, reviews, and inspections as needed
Process, Tools & Continuous Improvement
• Contribute to the development and scaling of enterprise program management processes and governance
• Act as a power user in Smartsheet and Microsoft Teams to drive execution rigor and transparency
• Apply AI-enabled tools to improve planning, reporting, and operational efficiency where appropriate
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
• 8 years of program or project management experience in regulated life sciences environments
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional programs with enterprise impact
• Strong understanding of regulated product development lifecycles and operational execution
• Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet (scheduling, dashboards, automation)
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Teams for execution and collaboration
• Comfortable operating in highly matrixed, cross-functional organizations
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Omaha, Nebraska
Nice to Have
• Experience implementing or scaling enterprise PMO or program management frameworks
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for program planning, reporting, or automation
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification
• Background with Midwest-based medical device, diagnostics, or life sciences organizations
