POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Crew Member delivers over the top guest experience while working in a variety of roles within the restaurant. Whether they are making the dough or helping our customers at the front counter, they are focused on hot and ready food, and creating happy guests.

This position ensures the confidentiality, security and accuracy of guest’s and team member records, and promotes positive guest and team member relations. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required and outstanding guest service to fellow team members, guests, vendors, etc. is expected. Regular attendance is required, and on occasion, later hours or weekend time may be required with project deadlines and a neat well-groomed professional appearance is always essential.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The essential functions of the Quick Service Crew Member position classification include but not limited to:
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess refined verbal communication skills.
- Accurately accounts and reconciles revenue.
- Take orders and present them to our guests.
- All food products (hot and cold) are full, clean, and garnished at all times.
- Responsible for setting up and breaking down their station and filing the supply requisitions for them.
- Must know and understand, and eventually perform all tasks carried out in the kitchen.
- When using electrical equipment, after use make sure the equipment is ready for use to accomplish the next task.
- Make sure the station is cleaned and properly stocked for on-coming shift.
- All stock is properly dated and rotated.
- Is current on facility Disaster Plan and acts accordingly.
- Works safely and efficiently, utilizing safe equipment, techniques, and use necessary PPE (personal protection equipment) when provided.
- Responsible for maintaining high quality of products that the position is responsible for.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.
SKILL, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a minimum of 16 years old and have the ability to obtain and retain a Washington State Class II Gaming License; successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, as well as obtain and retain a Washington State Food Handlers Certification.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this position, the team member is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger; handle; feel; or grip objects, stretch and/or reach with hands and arms; stoop; crouch or work in cramped or awkward positions; repetitive motions. This person may regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust to focus.
ENVIRONMENT:
Primarily indoors and may be exposed to heavy smoke and fluctuations in temperature while in and around the Casino and/or Hotel. May also, from time-to-time be exposed to noise from slot machines, customers, music and public announcement system, as is common in a Casino and/or Hotel environment.
