*Job Summary*
We are seeking a Health and Safety Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in health and safety procedures to adult learners. MUST BE BILINGUAL.
*Responsibilities*
- Conduct training sessions on occupational safety and health standards
- Develop and deliver engaging classroom instruction on OSHA regulations
- Provide hands-on demonstrations for safety practices, train new and current employees,issue tests, evaluations and certificates, schedule training classes, keep accurate record keeping and upload in a timely manner,order supplies, maintain all files, maintain training equipment and keep in proper working order, PEC instuctor, other duties as assigned.
- Assess student performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Stay current with industry trends and regulations to ensure training materials are up-to-date
*Requirements*
- Proficiency in OSHA regulations and standards
- 2-4 yrs as instructor, at least 4 yrs in the industry
- Technical or college training preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage learners effectively
- Certification in health and safety training is a plus, proficient in Microsoft applications
