Overview:
We are looking for a candidate to join our Caribou team! Looking for someone to work weekends at the South location. If you have a love of Coffee and Tips throw in an application today!
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and consistency.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including brewing equipment and serving stations.
- Uphold food safety standards while handling and serving food items.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Demonstrate knowledge of retail math for inventory management and pricing accuracy.
Skills:
- Proficiency in POS systems.
- Strong grasp of basic math for measurements and calculations.
- Experience in the food industry or café setting is advantageous.
- Willingness to assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and food service protocols.
- Cash handling and Customer service skills are essential to this role.
- Passion for coffee and delivering exceptional service.
