What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/Hostess position at LULUS CHOCOLATE BAR LLC?
Lulus Chocolate Bar in Savannah, GA is looking for one host/hostess to join our 32 person strong team. We are located on 42 Mlk Jr Blvd. Our ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, and happy, and would be interested in cross-training for other positions, such as take-out cashier and dessert prep/plating.
Responsibilities
- Answering the phones
- Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
- Estimating wait time for guests
- Seating guests. Bussing tables
- Use waitlist app to notify and seat seat customers
- Managing customer flow into restaurant during busy times
Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Strong organizational and motivational skills
- Proficient with POS system and waitlist apps
- Able to lift up to 20 pounds
