What You’ll Do
- As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll help bring martech stacks to life—integrating tools, solving technical challenges, and unlocking insights across the entire customer journey.
- Deploy and support tag managers, analytics platforms, CDPs, and marketing automation tools
- Integrate marketing data across web, mobile, email, and paid media for end-to-end journey insights
- Collaborate across teams to design scalable, forward-thinking solutions
- Work with APIs, SDKs, and CRMs to unify and activate customer data
- Rapidly prototype data workflows and test new use cases
- QA and troubleshoot using tools like Charles Proxy and Wireshark
- Support segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing in tools like Braze, Iterable, and Klaviyo
- Translate journey data into insight-driven storytelling for stakeholders
- Automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency
- Partner with data scientists and media teams to drive performance
What We’re Looking For
- You’re a self-motivated problem solver with a passion for marketing tech, data, and impact. You thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments and love turning complexity into clarity.
- Hands-on experience with CDPs such as Segment, Tealium, mParticle, RudderStack, and Salesforce CDP
- Strong JavaScript skills, especially in martech contexts
- Proficient with APIs, webhooks, and SDK integrations
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Heap, Mixpanel, Piwik PRO, etc.
- Skilled in validating cross-device tracking and managing consent-aware implementations
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Amazon Ads
- Experience with conversion tracking, custom events, audience syncing, and UTM strategies
- Familiarity with attribution models, campaign structures, and performance metrics across platforms
- Experience with SQL and large datasets
- Familiar with GCP, AWS, or other cloud ecosystems
- Knowledge of Python, Java, or similar languages
- Comfortable with platforms like Storyblok, Braze, Pardot, Iterable, and Oracle Marketing Cloud
- Skilled in journey analysis, storytelling, and dashboarding
- Strong communicator with client-facing experience
- Confident in advanced QA tools and debugging workflows
Salary
Salary range: $80,000 - $130,000 annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
