What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cafe Team Member position at LUMI Dessert Cafe?
We’re looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our team. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations in the café, and preparing some of the most popular desserts and drinks in Asia. Full training will be provided and with advancement opportunities and regular raises. You must be 18 to be eligible.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Efficiently prepare high-quality desserts and drinks
- Be attentive and engaging with customers
- Must remain professional during all working hours
- Keep tables and workspace clean and tidy
- Ability to work independently and as part of ateam
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or higher
- Functional English is required but being bilingual is a plus
- Flexible hours, Weekend and Holiday availability strongly preferred
