Our product line supports both commercial and residential clients and is often used in museums, government buildings, universities, and other architecturally significant properties.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Sales Representative who can support continued growth by driving new business, coordinating complex orders, and collaborating across sales, production, and installation teams. The ideal candidate has strong experience in building materials or architectural products and is comfortable managing custom, detail-heavy sales cycles.
What You’ll Be Working With
- Custom interior and exterior storm window systems (aluminum framed)
- Projects involving historic renovation, commercial retrofits, and energy/sound control upgrades
- Clients such as architects, general contractors, property managers, and government agencies
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage commercial quotes based on customer specifications and building conditions
- Maintain a personal pipeline of projects: follow up on quotations, improve close rates, and track progress
- Serve as the main point of contact from quote to install—managing deposits, field visits, measurements, submittals, and samples
- Coordinate with internal teams (Order Entry, Production, and Installation) to ensure accurate specs and smooth delivery
- Maintain complete project files and adhere to internal guidelines on documentation and communication
- Contribute to product improvement feedback and overall sales process refinement
What We’re Looking For
- Experience selling custom building products such as windows, glazing systems, or other architectural components
- Understanding of commercial construction timelines, measurements, submittals, and coordination requirements
- Ability to read or understand architectural drawings is a plus
- Comfort working with highly customized, detail-sensitive products
- Self-motivated, with strong communication and follow-up skills
