Our Los Angeles office is in a major growth phase as we continue to scale a fast-moving delivery function within the business. We are hiring a Delivery Consultant who enjoys the hiring process, loves sourcing and engaging candidates, and wants to focus fully on candidate delivery rather than business development.
This is a true recruitment role focused on execution, consistency, and high-quality talent delivery.
What You Will Do
As a Delivery Consultant, you will manage the full candidate lifecycle while working alongside experienced consultants who handle client development. Your focus will be on finding, qualifying, and managing top talent to support live hiring needs.
You will play a key role in ensuring speed, quality, and reliability in a high-growth environment.
Daily Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates within your assigned market
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess technical and cultural fit
- Manage outreach, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
- Prepare candidates for client interviews
- Support active job orders with fast, accurate delivery
- Maintain detailed candidate records and pipeline data
- Track activity and performance metrics
- Participate in ongoing training and team development
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong work ethic and willingness to graft and stay consistent
- Interest in recruiting and talent delivery
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Resilient in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Comfortable working in a fully in-office setting
No recruitment experience is required. Full training is provided from day one.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $40,000
- Quarterly performance bonuses based on delivery output
