What You’ll Do As a Field Service Site Lead , you’ll take charge of field service operations, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. You’ll lead a dedicated team of technicians, tackle complex technical challenges, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Your day-to-day will include : Leadership & Team Management Inspire and manage a team of technicians at your site. Foster a positive, customer-focused culture. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide hands-on support. Field Operations Excellence Coordinate and schedule field visits to meet customer needs. Oversee resolution of complex technical issues. Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. Customer Relationship Management Build strong relationships with key customers. Serve as the main point of contact for escalated concerns. Collaborate with sales to identify new service opportunities. Quality & Continuous Improvement Implement quality assurance procedures to uphold service standards. Conduct inspections and audits of fieldwork. Drive initiatives to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness. Resource Management & Reporting Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment. Maintain accurate service records and generate performance reports. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need : Experience : 3 years in field service (or equivalent military experience) required with at least 1 year of leadership experience in field service preferred. Skills : Strong technical, organizational, and communication abilities. Education : High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Tech Savvy : Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management tools. Bonus : OSHA training and experience with service contracts. Must-Haves : A clean driving record and valid driver’s license. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
