Location : Pleasanton, CA
Luminous Pathways is seeking a self-motivated, quick-thinking BCaBA who possesses the ability to solve problems in the moment. This person must be driven to acquire new skills in a fast-paced environment and transfer those skills to staff and families through effective hands-on training. Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention programs based on the individual’s needs to include behavior acquisition and reduction programs using principles of ABA following our BCBA’s guidance.

Write quarterly progress reports
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA’s)
Provide parent training
Supervision / Direct Treatment of individual’s under the guidance of our BCBA’s
Qualifications
B.A. degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Science. Prefer focus to be on Applied Behavior Science.
At least 2 years working with individuals with Autism using ABA methods. At least 1 year working with young adults.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Must pass a background check.
