Luna Data Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer/Consultant for a long-term contract worked onsite in Austin, TX.
***Please note: Candidates must be able to work on a W2 basis unencumbered AND currently reside in the Austin, TX Metropolitan area to be considered.***
Work to Be Accomplished:
As a ServiceNow Senior Developer/Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for development, core configuration, administration, maintenance, support, and technical expertise ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance/Integrated Risk Management implementation. You have a purposeful mindset and the ability to provide excellent customer service. If selected, your duties may included by not be limited to, the following:
- Implementing Governance, Risk, and Compliance/Integrated Risk Management (GRC/IRM) in instances of ServiceNow
- Driving process and requirements discussions including demonstrations of application capabilities
- Providing architectural recommendations and guidance and designing overall technical solution
- Configuring core platform updates and enhancing Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to support GRC/IRM
- Developing to implement GRC/IRM including the following modules:
- Policy and Compliance
- Advanced Risk Management
- Audit Management
- Continuous Authorization Monitoring
- Privacy Management
- Workspace configuration
- Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards
- Updating/building integrations with other systems as identified to support GRC/IRM processes
- Supporting, driving, and documenting all SDLC activities including:
- Technical Design Document including Requirements Traceability Matrix
- UAT remediation
- Knowledge transfer documentation and sessions to steady state support team
- Developing scripts, workflows, and flows on the ServiceNow platform to automate tasks and integrations
- Developing and managing integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (REST, orchestration, and other relevant methodologies)
- Building out modules, customizations, and configurations based on customer requirements
- Providing alternatives to customizations by exploring out-of-the-box capabilities and configuration
- Collaborating with existing ServiceNow Technical team to provide transition of day-to-day support and maintenance of application
- Working on enhancements to GRC/IRM modules from project backlog and new functionality as needed by business
Minimum Years of Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience implementing GRC/IRM
- 3 years of experience implementing CAM
- 4 years of experience JavaScript, Jelly Scripting, Glide, HTML, XML and/or JSON
- 3 years of experience designing requirements
- 3 years of experience / familiarity / training with Service Oriented Architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST)
- GRC Integrated Risk Management Implementer certification
- System Administrator for ServiceNow certification
- 3 years of experience with Development and Administration in ServiceNow GRC/IRM
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Development and Administration in ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, FSM, Service Catalog
- ServiceNow Application Developer Certification
