General Manager
We are seeking leaders for our next generation of Lunatics who are passionate about life, goals, people and of course real food.

As the General Manager, you will:
- You will provide daily leadership and development to all team members within the restaurant
- Responsible for building restaurant sales, and maintain of budget through the P&L
- Develop weekly schedule that ensures all shifts are covered while maintain labor matrix
- Work with District Manager to recruit, train and orientate new team members
- Work with the District Manager/Human Resources to reduce turnover
Our General Managers need to:
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of Luna Grill
- Shows and provides effective leadership and problem-solving skills
- Provides a strong, detailed orientation to all front of the house team members
