About the Position:
- Full-time position in residential program to support pregnant and parenting individuals in need of treatment services.
- Responsibilities include transition support, case coordination, life skill assessment and attainment.
- Will work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary treatment team.
What We Look For:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, or human services related fields required.
- Apprentice Substance Abuse Counselor Certificate or the ability to test for certification within three months of hire date preferred.
- Experience working with women and children, and knowledge of community resources a plus.
- Must be able to demonstrate each of the following:
- Ability to maintain a valid VT Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation is required; occasional statewide travel may be required.
- Upon a conditional offer of employment, must be able to successfully pass a background check.
- Regular attendance is necessary and essential to meeting the expectations of the job.
- Ability to consistently demonstrate Lund’s values of collaboration, compassion, empathy, integrity, and respect.
- Ability to understand and comply with operational standards, safety requirements, and employee policies.
- Ability to actively support diversity, equity, and cultural competency efforts and work effectively across cultures and identities.
