Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking an exceptional Marketing Specialist to join us at our sprawling Riverwalk Innovation District campus on the North Andover line. This is an exciting role within a creative, collaborative team that handles all things Lupoli - including pizza shops, high end restaurants, casinos, retail products, fitness centers, luxury apartment communities, and much more. You’ll work as the right hand to the Marketing Director, supporting with social media, PR, graphic design, email marketing, content strategy and project management. You will need superior administrative skills and the ability to stay uber-organized at all times.
Responsibilities:
· Creates on-brand graphics for digital and print using Adobe Illustrator and Canva
· Executes email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact
· Creates social media content for all company social media using Canva and Sprout Social
· Handles customer complaints and manages reviews
· Creates monthly marketing reports
· Assists with signage, in-store promotions and events
· Updates various websites using Wix and Squarespace
· Actively participates in team meetings, offering creative ideas/solutions
· Participates in photo and video shoots
· Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills
· Assists with administrative projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant business experience
- 2 years of marketing experience working with and b2c clients; agency experience a big plus
- Strong graphic design and writing skills
- Experience in Illustrator, Canva, Sprout Social, Squarespace, Wix, Constant Contact, Power Point, Excel, Constant Contact and/or MailChimp
- Willingness to work in a fast-moving, dynamic, and team-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must have positive, energetic personality and ability to build relationships with stakeholders and clients

Salary : $47,800 - $60,600
