Reporting to the Director of Media, the Senior Paid Search Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution, optimization, and analysis of paid search campaigns to ensure strong performance and efficient budget management. This role requires hands-on experience with search platforms, an analytical mindset, and a willingness to collaborate across media channels.

While the primary focus is paid search, this role offers opportunities to gain exposure to integrated media strategies, assisting with display and social media initiatives as needed, within a collaborative agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, SA360, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
• Assist in developing testing strategies and channel expansion recommendations.
• Set up campaigns, conduct keyword research, and manage bidding strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and provide optimization recommendations.
• Ensure campaign tracking, reporting accuracy, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align paid search with broader media efforts.
• Provide light support for display and social media campaigns when needed.
• Stay updated on paid search trends and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of hands-on paid search experience, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Basic understanding of integrated media, with an interest in display and social media.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage budgets effectively and ensure accurate pacing.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data insights.
