Northland Lutheran is seeking a manger for its Northland Village apartment complex. Northland Village is a 100- unit complex providing housing for seniors and disabled persons. The manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and regulatory compliance. Key tasks include tenant screening, annual resident recertifications, unit inspections and maintaining required documentation. The manager supervises three staff members and reports to the CEO of Northland.
Qualification's-
Business administration degree or social work degree is preferred, but equivalent property management experience will be considered. Northland Village residents receive rent subsidies from the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) previous experience with HUD is preferred.
