Your Role:
- Direct and supervise a Program Manager, Supervisors, and team of Case Managers who provide supportive services to children and families impacted by the foster care system.
- Collaborate with agency leadership and outside stakeholders, including the State of Missouri, to improve outcomes for youth and families.
- Provide training and support to staff with a focus on client safety and moving children toward permanency.
- Drive performance and outcome measures to ensure compliance with state contracts and agency policy and procedure.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Guidance Counseling, Drug and Alcohol Counseling, or a related field.
- 3 years of related experience in child welfare.
- Passion for making a difference and supporting families through life’s challenges.
- One (1) year previous supervisory experience.
