Job Description
Summary- Primary responsibilities include professional nursing functions in the clinic setting following established standards and practices. Works with Physicians, Office Administrators, CEO, and other office personnel to help implement changes to enhance the office operations. Care of the patients before, during, and after office visit. As with all Lutheran Health Physicians positions, to always promote, through actions and attitudes, the highest level of customer care and service.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Qualifications-
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Current Indiana LPN License.
- Basic Life Support Certification
- 1-2 years of experience in office preferred but not required.
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing, LPN program.
