We are current seeking a Distract Manager within the Savannah, GA region for our growing car wash company.
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
A District manager is a multi-site position, responsible for all aspects of locations within their district. They are to be self-motivated and have locations that are self-sustaining. The focus of a District Manager is the development of their respective management teams. There is a heavy focus on team building and recruitment, scheduling and logistics of the locations within the district, and report analysis with decisions and strategic movements made based on the information and trends in reports.
REPORTS TO: Regional Director of Operations
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly, respond quickly to sounds, move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, see clearly and respond to dangerous situations, safely climb ladders while carrying 40 pounds or more, work in extreme weather and wear PPE correctly throughout the day.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- District Manager should have DAILY conversations with GMs going through their numbers from the previous day.
- District Manager needs to submit a weekly schedule and adhere to it. Any changes need to be approved by VP of Field Operations.
- District Manager visits every site at least 16 hours each month.
- District Managers should open and close a site a minimum of 1-2 times per week.
- The standard site visit should be at least 4 hours
- Site audits should be completed for each site each month.
- Monthly cash/safe audit for each location with documentation
- Work with GMs on a strategic approach for improving brand awareness within the market
- Manage the business and daily operations of multiple sites to achieve company goals
- Provide daily activities for all on-staff employees that range from loading, cleaning and customer service and interaction
- Growth and Development of the management team across multiple locations
- Coordinate with Regional Director of Operations on daily, monthly, yearly goals for membership sales and membership retention
- Responsible for the result of their location’s accounting and financial reporting
- Analyze budget expectations to identify areas in which reductions can be made.
- Promote organization in all aspects of site management.
- Ensure the site operates in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies
- Work with Regional Director of Operations in budget planning
- Monitor sales/labors analysis at the District level and work with General Managers to execute opportunities identified
- Work with General Managers/Supervisors on a strategic approach for improving brand awareness within the District
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management

EDUCATION: BS degree

- 3 years of District Manager experience
